Thus comes the Home Design in the heart of the island of Capri is a designer apartment, ideal for those not looking for hotel life without giving up all the comforts, offering exclusive services to live in the most authentic way the island of Capri and savor its true essence. The structure has 3 completely restored suite taking into account the typical Mediterranean character of the island, one that surrounds each side, which indeed becomes part of the person who lives in the "place". The main objective then was to bring back its original character. The villa now used as a small accommodation is on two levels.

On the ground floor we find the reception and the ancient Roman cistern which has been transformed into a tailor-made SPA area. The old barrel vault has been revived, leaving the original limestone stones visible. For the realization of the Spa, Ipe Lapacho Brazilian wood planks were used for its precious qualities: practically immune to humidity, atmospheric agents, parasites, fungi and stresses, but also from the high nervousness, for the vertical closures we opted for the Smoked laminated glass. Upstairs are the two apartments each of 50 square meters, both with sea views. In all the rooms the vaulted and cross vaulted ceilings have been restored. For the floor on the ground floor the ancient Capri majolica floor from the early 1900s was used, on the first floor in the apartments a light-colored resin was chosen, which created a unique surface with the outside, in contrast with the original majolica skirting board. In all environments, shades of white were used with touches of color to give more liveliness to the environment. In the bathrooms only hand-made majolica tiles of different colors were used. The furniture is largely composed of custom designed furniture with the inclusion of refined elements found around the world, in particular from Morocco and Brazil, all wrapped in an architecture not to be contemplated but to be experienced. where space and furniture become an integral part of the life of those who use them.
